Targeted Body Contouring with Modern Technology
Certain areas of the body can be particularly prone to stubborn fat deposits, which may be difficult to address even with regular exercise. Ultrasonic cavitation is a modern body contouring treatment that offers a non-surgical approach to targeting specific problem areas.
The treatment aims to refine body contours and support a more balanced silhouette, taking individual needs and body characteristics into account, with a personalised approach in the calm, private atmosphere of our salon.

Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-invasive body contouring procedure designed to target localised fat deposits. The treatment uses low-frequency ultrasound waves, which may create a cavitation effect within fatty tissue and influence the structure of fat cells.
The treatment is primarily used on areas such as the abdomen, waist, thighs, buttocks and upper arms. It aims to refine body contours, reduce circumference and support a more balanced silhouette. Results may vary between individuals, and a course of treatments is generally recommended to achieve the desired improvement.
Ultrasonic cavitation does not require surgery, is generally painless and involves no extended recovery period. It is not a weight-loss method but a cosmetic treatment intended to target specific areas of the body.
Treatment Procedure
The treatment begins with cleansing the selected area, followed by the application of a suitable contact gel and the ultrasonic cavitation procedure.
According to the manufacturer's instructions, an area approximately the size of two palms may be treated for a maximum of 20 minutes. Up to two such areas, covering approximately four palm-sized sections in total, may be treated during a single session.
At least 72 hours must be allowed between sessions. Treatments are therefore performed no more frequently than every three days, typically once or twice a week. Ultrasonic cavitation is recommended as a course of 8–10 sessions, depending on individual needs and treatment goals.
Aftercare and Recommendations
Following ultrasonic cavitation, we recommend complementing the treatment with machine-assisted lymphatic drainage. Pressotherapy supports lymphatic circulation, provides a pleasant, refreshing experience and, in our experience, works well alongside body contouring treatments. Its suitability is always assessed according to individual health conditions and any potential contraindications.
Between sessions, we recommend at least 30 minutes of daily physical activity, such as walking, gentle jogging, cycling or swimming. Regular exercise can support body contouring goals and help maintain results over the longer term.
Throughout the treatment course, adequate hydration and a balanced diet with moderate fat and refined carbohydrate intake are recommended.
Duration: 50–60 minutes
Treatment Steps: cleansing the treatment area, applying contact gel, ultrasonic cavitation treatment and finishing skincare.
